AMCO is proud to announce our partnership with Claimshop. This system will allow us to reprice all claims electronically and work with each of our payors to transmit claims to them in the manner which best fits their system needs. AMCO would like to request that all providers submit claims to AMCO via our Payer ID with Emdeon. The AMCO Payer ID is 62176.
Another great feature the Claimshop system provides us is the ability to allow our participating providers access to view their claims online. AMCO providers need to have their appropriate staff member(s) complete the attached Internet Access Form and return to info@amcoppo.com or fax to 501-225-7954. Please note that each person wishing to view claims online must complete and return this form. The user will receive an email with their log in credentials and User Guide once the account is set up. Notification should be sent to AMCO upon termination of the user to deactivate the account.
This provider access will allow the user to research and print the claim and repricing sheet if needed. Should the user find they are unable to locate a claim, they will need to either contact AMCO or resubmit. Please keep in mind that Emdeon should be rejecting duplicate claims received within 90 days of the original submission. If the claim is located and the payor states they do not have it, the user may contact AMCO and ask for it to be resubmitted. No need to resend the claim.
Instructions for completing the Internet Access Form:
- User Information:
- complete in its entirety
- Access Level:
- a) check the box for Provider
- b) list the TIN for the requesting Provider
- Signatures:
- sign the User Name only
