Obtaining a Password
Access to this section is restricted to employees of contracted AMCO Payors. To obtain a password for the AMCO Payors Only section, download and print the Password Request Form, then complete and fax it to (501) 225-7954.
Your confidential user name and password will be returned via e-mail to the address you provide on the form.
