 Arkansas Managed Care Organization (AMCO) is Arkansas' largest independent statewide PPO network. Organized in 1993 through the mutual desire of 1,000 Arkansas physicians and the Arkansas Medical Society, AMCO's statewide network includes over 5,000 providers.
AMCO serves as the statewide PPO network for many nationally recognized carriers and third party administrators and also contracts with self-insured employers, representing more than 200,000 members in Arkansas.
