Arkansas Managed Care Organization (AMCO) is Arkansas' largest independent statewide PPO network. Organized in 1993 through the mutual desire of 1,000 Arkansas physicians and the Arkansas Medical Society, AMCO's statewide network includes over 5,000 providers.
